Services

Bookings & Scheduling

Scheduled sessions are confirmed once payment is completed through the booking system.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time to online or in-person sessions. Late arrivals may reduce the available session time.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers integrated into the website.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons, consultations, and studio sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Studio sessions requiring larger time blocks may require additional notice depending on the project.

Missed sessions or cancellations made without sufficient notice may be non-refundable.

Mixing, Mastering & Remote Services

Project-based services such as mixing, mastering, and remote guitar recording are handled individually based on project scope and communication with the client.

Turnaround times, revisions, delivery details, and pricing may vary depending on the project.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original music and creative material.

Jose Orea retains ownership of any educational materials, website content, branding, graphics, and original media created for this website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
