Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lessons & Consultations

Online lessons and production consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable.

Studio Sessions

Studio bookings reserve dedicated studio time and preparation. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

Late cancellations or missed studio sessions may be subject to partial or full session charges.

Mixing, Mastering & Remote Recording

Due to the custom nature of creative audio work, payments for mixing, mastering, and remote recording services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, partial refunds may be considered depending on the situation.

Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted due to significant technical problems on our side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or resolve the issue.
